Olivia Brett

Olivia Brett is an experienced professional in customer care and operations, currently serving as Customer Care Operations Team Leader at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since December 2022, following roles as Senior Customer Care Operations Advisor and Customer Care Operations Assistant within the same company. Prior to this, Olivia worked at Fortnum & Mason as a Customer Service Advisor and at Fenwick as both a Sales Associate and Diversity and Inclusion Representative. Olivia also contributed as a volunteer at the University of Essex's Refugee Teaching Programme while completing a Master’s degree in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same university. Previous experience includes a position as a Sales Assistant at Boots UK from November 2015 to April 2018.
