Greg Gates

Greg Gates currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Technology & Information Officer at LPL Financial, where leadership focuses on delivering technology solutions to enhance client care for Advisors. Gates has extensive experience in product management and engineering, having previously worked as Vice President at PayPal, where key contributions included the development of strategic product roadmaps and proactive customer care programs. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where Gates facilitated technology integration during mergers, and Senior Consultant at Keane, Inc., providing critical business solutions across various sectors. An alumnus of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Gates has also completed several leadership and technology programs at prestigious institutions, including the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the Center for Creative Leadership.
