Amber Lane

Amber Lane has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to quality systems, operations project management, and quality assurance. Amber is currently working at Charlotte's Web as the Sr Director of Quality Systems since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Quality Systems at the same company from September 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Charlotte's Web, Amber worked as a Senior Operations Project Manager at Molecular Templates from May 2019 to August 2020. Amber also served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company from October 2017 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Amber worked at Cody Laboratories, Inc., Merck, Insmed Incorporated, JM Hyde Consulting, GE Analytical Instruments, and Abbott Laboratories in various quality-related roles.

Amber Lane attended Western Wyoming Community College from 1994 to 1996, and from 1996 to 1999, they studied Biology, General at Alverno College, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
