Nathan Gerhardt

Nathan Gerhardt's work experience includes serving as the Vice President Legal and Regulatory at Charlotte's Web since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Therabody as a Senior Legal Counsel, providing legal counsel for global sales and leading the establishment of a new business unit focused on hemp-derived CBD products. Nathan also held various roles at Charlotte's Web, including Vice President Legal and VP Regulatory and Compliance. Before that, they worked as the Associate General Counsel and Sr. Director of Quality at Omega Protein Corporation, providing legal advice and counsel for a multinational company. Nathan has also served as the Sr. Director of Legal, Regulatory & Compliance at Church & Dwight Co. and the General Counsel at Northwest Natural Products. Before entering the corporate world, Gerhardt founded Peak Law Group, LLC and worked as an Attorney at Ater Wynne LLP and Black Helterline LLP. Additionally, they have taught as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School.

Nathan Gerhardt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1994. Nathan then pursued further education at the University of Oregon, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the School of Law in 2003, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Lundquist College of Business in the same year.
