Shumair Syed

Shumair Syed LSSBB has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Senior Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Operations at Charlotte's Web since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Technical Services and New Process Integration at Charlotte's Web from October 2021 to February 2023.

Prior to that, they were a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Stora Enso from 2006 to 2008, where they conducted a comprehensive energy and mass balance study and led the mill-wide fire protection committee.

Shumair Syed LSSBB attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2003 to 2007 and obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Shumair Syed LSSBB obtained certifications in Design for Six Sigma from Gates Corporation in November 2014 and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from AIT Group in August 2011.
