Tracey Greene has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Tracey is the Founder & Executive Director of Charlottesville Angel Network, a group of independent investors who provide support to entrepreneurs. Additionally, they have served as the Executive Director of Charlottesville Business Innovation Council, where they executed the organization's action plans and strategies. Tracey also has experience as the Owner of TL Consulting, where they provided consulting services. Tracey has held various advisory roles, including serving as an Advisor for the Commercialization Advisory Board at Virginia Commonwealth University and as an Advisor for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative. Tracey has also been involved in the technology and innovation sector, serving as a Member of the Mayor's Technology and Innovation Advisory Council and as a Co-Founder of the Charlottesville Chapter of Company of Friends. With a background in communications, branding, and intellectual property, they have previously worked as the Director of Communications and Intellectual Property at Diffusion Pharmaceuticals LLC. Currently, they are a Selection Committee Member for the 434.co Accelerator.

Tracey Greene earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Aidan University, where they studied from 1990 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Piedmont Virginia Community College from 1988 to 2007. In 2000-2001, Tracey participated in a leadership program called Leadership Charlottesville. Tracey completed their secondary education at Albemarle High School from 1985 to 1988. Additionally, Tracey holds a certification as a Competent Toast Master from Toast Masters International.
