CT Charlton has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Manager at Charlton in 2011 and later becoming a Segment Leader in 2014. They then progressed to the position of Vice President in 2016 before ultimately becoming the President in 2020. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board at QSI Holdings starting in 2021. Prior to this, CT Charlton worked as a Senior Associate & Officer in the Wealth Strategies Group at Northern Trust Corporation from 2006 to 2011.
CT Charlton attended the University Liggett School from 1989 to 2002. They later pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2002 to 2006, specializing in Business Management, Real Estate Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
