Diego Borquez is an industrial civil engineer and entrepreneur who currently serves as CEO and Co-Founder of Charly.io. They previously led Inversion e Innovacion Internacional as CEO from 2014 to 2020, and co-founded Spin Consulting Group, where they served as CEO from 2009 to 2015. Earlier, they held roles as Ingeniero Gestión de Calidad at LAN Airlines (2004–2005) and as Production Chief at TECNOCAL (2005–2007). They earned a degree from Universidad de Chile (1994–2002) as Ingeniero Civil Industrial with a mining specialization, and completed the MIT Professional Education program in Digital Plus Program, Information Technology, Blockchain: Disrupción Tecnológica (2021).
