Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Charm City Builders since December 2024, Bennett has previously held positions such as Director of Acquisitions and Chief of Staff at Chasen Companies from March 2020 to December 2024. Earlier, Bennett worked as an Associate Broker in Industrial Properties at CBRE from July 2018 to March 2020 and completed internships at CBRE and St. John Properties, Inc., where a comprehensive understanding of the industry was developed. Bennett's educational background includes studies at The Catholic University of America and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
