Emory Jolly

Emory Jolly has worked in the facilities management and operations industry since 2011. In 2011, they were the Chief Maintenance Engineer at Hilton, responsible for repair of all restaurant equipment, all electronic equipment, minor plumbing, and the irrigation system. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Assistant Facilities Manager and Facility Engineer II at Flagship Facility Services, Inc., developing a safety culture, overseeing maintenance and custodial activities, and performing plumbing and electrical work. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of Facilities & Maintenance at UltraStar Multi-tainment Centers and the Regional Workplace Manager at Opendoor, managing capital projects, creating and updating facilities documentation, initiating and following through on RFPs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Facilities Management Consultant at EJFM Services, guiding companies in creating a Workplace Management Program, assisting in the screening and hiring process, creating and updating workplace documentation, and training new organization leaders in asset management, projecting, benchmarking, PM processes, and employee engagement. Emory is currently the Facilities Manager at Charm Industrial.

Emory Jolly attended Ashford University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration. Emory is currently attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
