Richard Sokolowski

Richard Sokolowski is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in biochemistry and protein engineering. Currently serving as Associate Principal Scientist at CHARM Therapeutics since May 2024, Sokolowski previously held the role of Senior Scientist in Discovery Sciences at WaveBreak, where skills in project management and protein production were further developed. Prior experience includes a Senior Scientist position at Adaptimmune US, focusing on T-Cell Receptor protein engineering, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Sokolowski obtained a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews, supported by an MRC-funded studentship, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the same institution.
