Bart Marsbergen has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management roles within various industries. Since December 2002, Bart has held the position of Customer Service Manager at CHARMANT Group, after serving as Assistant Manager Customer Service. Prior to this, Bart worked as Customer Service Manager at Skyjack EMEA from November 2000 to January 2002, and held the position of Senior Sales Agent at Hertz from June 1999 to September 2000. Bart began a career in customer service at DHL, where duties included Junior Supervisor from June 1995 to June 1999.
