Chahat Kalia

Chahat Kalia is an experienced fashion professional currently serving as a faculty member at the Indian Institute Of Fashion & Design since January 2023. With a background as a fashion curator at Charmboard since October 2018, Kalia has also engaged in ongoing studies under the guidance of Manish Malhotra since September 2018. Additionally, Kalia is a designer at Chaapal, a handcrafted footwear start-up in Chandigarh, since June 2018. Previous experience includes an internship at Monte Carlo in mid-2017. Kalia holds a Bachelor of Design in Fashion/Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, completed in 2018.
