Devi Bala Chandrasekar, CUA™ CXA™ has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. In 2006, they were the Director of Brainy Einstein Educational Academy, where they trained children for National Level Science Competitive exams and developed an Innovative Young Scientist Program. From 2004-2006, they were a Junior Research Fellow at Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Madras, where they worked on a DBT funded Indo German Project on Genetic Aspects of Congenital Cataract. From 2010-2017, they were Lead - Product Management/Usability/Product Support, User Interface/Product Support Lead, and Drug Library Co-Coordinator/Technical Writer at vTitan Corporation Pvt. Ltd. During this time, they prepared Market Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents, built products from existing ideas, and wrote Functionality Documents for Product GUI. In 2017, they were UX Architect | Product Manager | Quality Head at ChARM Health and Member Leadership Staff and UX Architect at Zoho Corporation.

Devi Bala Chandrasekar's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Congenital Cataract from the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences from 2003 to 2005, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Biotechnology from Alagappa University from 2007 to 2008, a MSc in Medical Genetics from Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Madras from 2001 to 2003, a BSc in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University from 1996 to 2000, and a Higher Secondary from K.H.S.S, Thanjavur from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Devi Bala Chandrasekar has obtained several certifications, including Certified User Experience Analyst from Human Factors International in 2014, Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International in 2013, ISO 13485 : 2003, Internal Auditor from UL in 2012, IRCA and CQI Certified ISO 27001 - Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor from BSI in 2019, and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from APMG-International in 2013.
