Evan Huang

Evan Huang is an experienced professional in business development and investment management, currently serving as Director of Business Development at Charney Companies LLC since March 2024. As Managing Partner at Batu Capital since July 2018, Evan leads investments in real estate, consumer goods, health, and fintech. In addition, Evan has been a Managing Partner at Velocity Capital Group since February 2017, focusing on multi-family real estate funds in high-growth American markets. Evan has prior experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Tungsten Property and as Managing Partner at Titan Capital Management, which specializes in cross-border investments. Evan co-founded Baohaus and worked briefly as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at The Shopping Center Group. Evan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Global Studies from The New School, completed in 2015.
