Kittika Krataithong

Kittika Krataithong is a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer at CPF Group, with a focus on enhancing user experience in ERP and operations management systems for the food industry. Previously, Kittika served as Head of Customer Experience at Ever Medical Technologies, managing a team of designers and overseeing the implementation of an Electronic Health Record system for public hospitals. Additional roles at Ever Medical Technologies include Product Design Lead and UX/UI Designer, where Kittika contributed to various design projects, including a Line Chatbot for the Department of Disease Control and virtual reality medical training platforms. Kittika’s career began at Mitr Phol Group, progressing from a Marketing Intern to Sales Associate & Marketing Strategy, where market research and financial coordination were key responsibilities. Kittika holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International Business Management from Bangkok University and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from NIDA Thailand.
