Bronislav Prevratil

Bronislav Prevratil has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Bronislav began their career as an Assistant Professor of Management at Univerzita Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem in 2003. In 2005, they transitioned into the manufacturing industry and joined Chart Industries, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, later becoming a Manufacturing/Process Engineering Manager. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Production Manager, overseeing a workforce of 300+ employees and ensuring the achievement of company KPIs. In 2015, they took on the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Chart D&S Europe, where they steered innovation initiatives and handled project execution. Bronislav was subsequently appointed as the Chief Innovation Officer at Chart Ferox, a.s. Bronislav's most recent position was Operations Director at Chart Industries, Inc., managing their plant with 700+ employees and an annual revenue of 115M EUR. Throughout their career, Bronislav has demonstrated expertise in various areas including operations, manufacturing, engineering, project management, supply chain management, and continuous improvement.

Bronislav Prevratil completed their education at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. Bronislav earned a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering. Finally, they completed their Ph.D. in Engineering from 2008 to 2012.
