Erik Langeteig

Erik Langeteig, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as an employee at Slack's Jams & Jellies, where they cooked, jarred, and packaged artisanal products. From 2003 to 2006, Langeteig served as the Retail Store Manager at Northwestern University - Norris Outdoors, managing sales, strategy, and a team of eight employees. In 2004, they had an engineering internship at Portage Plastics Inc.

Moving into the energy sector, Langeteig joined Suncor Energy in 2005 as a Technical Service Engineer, where they provided technical resources for training programs and built client trust. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the District Sales Manager for the Rocky Mountain District, achieving double-digit percentage increases in orders and negotiating significant multi-year contracts.

Since 2013, Langeteig has been with Chart Industries, Inc. Erik initially worked as a Business Development Manager, focusing on global energy and aerospace accounts. Erik exceeded sales targets, offered unique project solutions, and traveled internationally to support local sales teams. Later, they became the Segment Director for the Engineered Systems segment, leading the Sales Engineering team and achieving a 120% increase in organic orders over three years. Erik also authored white papers and presented at international conferences.

Currently, Langeteig holds the position of Vice President at Chart Industries, Inc., where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership skills.

Erik Langeteig, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Finance degree from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, completing it from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they completed an Executive M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School between 2016 and 2018.
