Gordon Niebylski

Gordon Niebylski is an experienced executive in operational excellence and supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence - Americas at Chart Industries, Inc. since April 2025, where responsibilities include developing regional operational excellence strategies and enhancing performance across operating segments. Previously, Gordon held the position of Chief Procurement Officer at New Fortress Energy from 2023 to April 2025, leading global procurement and supply chain logistics. Gordon's extensive career includes significant roles at Phillips 66, where contributions included managing a $3B third-party services spend and implementing operational improvements, as well as key positions at Shell Exploration & Production Company, focused on mega-projects and procurement strategies. Gordon holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Michigan State University in Labor and Industrial Relations and Logistics, respectively.
