Joan Mogis

Joan Mogis has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Joan is currently the Head of HR Southern Europe at Chart Industries, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Howden as the Director of Human Resources for France and Middle East from July 2019 to June 2023. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Director of Human Resources EMEA at Solenis, where they led and implemented regional HR strategies. Before that, Joan held various senior HR positions at Ashland, including Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA Water Business Unit and EMEA Supply Chain. Joan also has experience as an HR Manager at HERCULES INC and Fruehauf.

Joan Mogis attended Université Paris Nanterre from 1989 to 1997, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Droit international des affaires, du commerce et droit du travail.
