Rajesh Vaitla

Rajesh Vaitla currently serves as the Director and Global Capability Centre Head at Chart Industries, Inc., leading over 150 professionals in various engineering and non-engineering disciplines since June 2020. Responsibilities include operational oversight of the Chart Global Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, strategic planning, and budget management. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Program Lead, Delivery Manager at Harsco Global Service Centre, General Manager at Kineco Limited, and Project Manager at multiple organizations including Premier Composite Technologies and BFG International. Rajesh holds an MBA in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India. Additional qualifications include a Certified Professional in Project Management and a Management Development Program in Advanced Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
