Frank Rusko

Frank Rusko serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at ZDF since June 2024, while also holding the position of Vorstand at Charta der Vielfalt e.V. since June 2021. Additionally, Frank hosts a podcast for allesinklusion?! from January 2024. Previously, Frank worked at Sanofi for nearly two decades, culminating in the role of Diversity & Inclusion Lead DACH, where significant initiatives such as establishing a gender and fathers' network and implementing a corporate action plan aligned with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities were developed. Frank's career began in 1990 at Hoechst AG, progressing through diverse roles in export, licensing, and procurement at Aventis Pharma Deutschland GmbH. Frank's educational background includes a Master of Science in Consumer Health Care from Charité, alongside various qualifications in coaching and change management.
