Kyle Swanzy

Kyle Swanzy is an IT Operations Manager at Charter since April 2019, focusing on the Advanced Mediation & Rating (AM&R) System for Digital Phone & Carrier Access Billing. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions at Time Warner Cable, progressing from Technical Analyst to Engineer in Usage Management, where significant achievements included the design and development of trending dashboards and leveraging multiple scripting languages for data analysis and performance improvement.
