Jon Knotts

Jon Knotts is an Executive Human Resources Business Leader with extensive experience in the Hospitality, Financial Services, and Telecommunications industries. They served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Marriott International and later held several high-level HR positions at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, including Senior VP. Knotts has been with Charter Communications since 2016 as Senior Director, Regional Human Resources for the Mid South Region, where they design and implement HR programs for 4,000 employees. Educated at Florida State University with a BS in Human Resource Management, Knotts also participates in the Wyndham Executive Development Program and the Wharton School’s Executive Business Program.
