Stephen Lance

Stephen Lance has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Regional VP, ISP Northwest at Charter Communications since April 2013, overseeing Inside Plant Operations and ensuring consistent operational practices for product delivery. Previous roles include VP Service Operations, where responsibility included maintaining 99.999% network uptime, and VP Core Optical Networks, focusing on advanced DWDM Optical network initiatives. Stephen has also contributed to organizations such as Nexius, managing a National Microwave Program and implementing process improvements, and Verizon Wireless, where leadership spanned transport planning and network performance. Early career experience includes management positions at AT&T and Pacific Bell, alongside military service in the US Army as a Tactical Intercept Systems Technician. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University.
