Will Berger

Will Berger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Vice President of Telemetry Development at Charter Communications since April 2016. In this role, Will Berger oversees the development and support of applications for customer service, field operations, and network operations centers, along with managing internal IT network systems. Prior to this position, Will Berger was Senior Director, managing teams responsible for critical OSS functions, including network fault and performance applications. Will Berger's career at Time Warner Cable spanned from 2005 to 2016, where roles included Director of Network Management, leading teams in OSS applications deployment, and Regional Tools Manager, where an internally developed application was launched to monitor cable services for over 10 million subscribers, generating substantial cost savings. Will Berger holds an SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program certification from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and a degree in Communications with a focus on Magazine Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
