Gina Scott has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gina began their career at Louisiana State University as a Promotions Coordinator for the LSU Athletic Association. From there, they moved on to the Atlanta Hawks, where they served as a Senior Manager, overseeing game day promotions and working closely with corporate partners. Gina then joined Delta Air Lines as a Manager of Strategic Sponsorships before transitioning to Team Services, LLC as the Director of Corporate Consulting. At Team Services, they managed long-term strategic partnerships and business-to-business programs, with a specific focus on Dairy Management Inc.'s NFL sponsorship. Following their time at Team Services, Gina became involved in academia, serving as Guest Lecture Faculty for the Sports Impact Leadership Certificate program and later as Adjunct and Guest Faculty for the GW Sports Philanthropy Program. Most recently, they took on a role at the NFL Players Association as the Vice President of Group Licensing and Partner Services, where they led partners in NFL player activation and integration and provided strategic business solutions. Currently, Gina is a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering senior women leaders and driving change from the top down.
Gina Scott holds a Master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the same institution. Gina also completed the Women's Executive Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In addition, Gina has a professional certification in Sports Philanthropy from The George Washington University. Gina has obtained additional certifications, including the Women in Sports and Events Executive Leadership Institute in November 2016.
