Andrew Simons

Andrew Simons has over 20 years of experience in property development and management. Andrew started their career as a Valuer at Craig Miller Property in 1993 and later worked as a Valuer at Colliers-International. In 1997, they became a Director at Landsburys Independent Property Advisory Services, where they primarily valued development projects and managed other valuers. Andrew then joined Urbis as Manager Advisory & Projects, where they handled general property consulting roles and managed the divestment of assets for clients. At Urbis, they also played a key role in setting up a team for the Orange 3G rollout. In 2001, they became a Development Manager at APP Corporation Pty Ltd, overseeing the successful commercial/industrial ABC business park development among other projects. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Development Manager at Aust Equity Properties, focusing on the Forest Central Business Park. Andrew then joined Eureka Funds Management as a Senior Development Manager, managing a portfolio of projects across several states. In 2014, they joined Charter Hall as the Head of Industrial Development, and later became the National Manager Industrial Projects/Development, responsible for delivering a significant national industrial development pipeline. Andrew also worked as a Head of Development and a Transactions Consultant at Charter Hall. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Property Executive at Propertylink Holdings Limited, managing the design development of a residential project. Overall, Andrew Simons has a strong background in property development, management, and consulting, with a focus on industrial and commercial projects.

Andrew Simons holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Land Economy from Western Sydney University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management with a specialization in Property and Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed from 2000 to 2003.
