Bradley Norris

Bradley Norris is a seasoned professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as the Regional Development Director for Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia at Charter Hall since August 2015. In this role, Bradley is instrumental in securing and delivering major projects within the Perth and Adelaide portfolios, collaborating closely with fund managers and investors to source new office developments and enhance the returns of existing assets. Prior to this, Bradley served as Project Director at Leighton Properties Pty Ltd, overseeing the $500 million Kings Square commercial development in Perth's CBD, and gained valuable experience as an Executive in Leasing at Colliers International Australia, where responsibilities included leasing major office projects in Brisbane. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2004.
