Darren Beatty

Darren Beatty has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Darren is currently the Head of Treasury at Charter Hall since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Real Estate Finance at ING Australia from January 2022 to December 2022. From November 2014 to December 2021, they were a Senior Director - Institutional Real Estate at Westpac Institutional Bank. Before that, they held various roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Director - Institutional Real Estate from June 2007 to October 2014, Executive - Institutional Risk Management from May 2005 to June 2007, Executive - Group Risk Management from May 2003 to May 2005, and Account Executive - Corporate Relationships from January 2001 to May 2003.

Darren Beatty pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with the completion of a Graduate AICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2016. Prior to that, they embarked on the CPA Australia Program, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from 2006 to 2009. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle between 1998 and 2000.
