Elia Said has a varied work experience spanning different roles and companies. They currently work as a Marketing Executive at Charter Hall since April 2022. Prior to that, Elia worked at Greencross Limited as a Social & Events Executive from November 2021 to April 2022, and as a Marketing Coordinator from February 2021 to November 2021. They also have experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Hunter Douglas, Inc. from February 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Hunter Douglas, Inc., Elia worked as an Event Executive at The Venues Collection from October 2018 to February 2020. They also briefly worked as an Event Coordinator at Workshop Events in 2018.
