Ishan Nadkarni

Ishan Nadkarni has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ishan started their career at Sydney Boys High School in 2008, where they served as a Sporting Coach/Coordinator. Their responsibilities included organizing schedules for coaches and assisting with budget preparation for the program.

In 2009, Nadkarni joined Camphin Boston as an Audit Supervisor. Ishan began as a cadet, performing data entry work before progressing to managing jobs under supervision. After graduating, they were promoted to the position of Audit Supervisor, where they directly handled clients, managed teams, held planning and completion meetings, and drafted management letters and reports. Ishan gained experience in business services, audit, and taxation, including in-house accounting and financial reporting.

Most recently, Nadkarni is working at Charter Hall since 2015. Ishan started as a Property Accountant in the Retail sector before transitioning to the role of Leasing Analyst in 2017. In 2018, they became a Leasing Finance Manager and later moved on to become a Fund Analyst in the Industrial & Logistics sector. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Fund Analyst, and in 2022, they assumed their current position as an Asset Manager for Industrial & Logistics.

Ishan Nadkarni completed their education history with a Higher School Certificate from Sydney Boys High School, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Ishan then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting & Business Law at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Ishan attended Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, where they earned a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting.
