James Zhu

James Zhu has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. James currently works as a Finance Manager at Charter Hall, where they are responsible for financial control and reporting for a large portfolio of office buildings. Prior to this, they were the Group Financial Controller at Wiseway Logistics, overseeing the company's information and reporting, as well as treasury and banking arrangements.

Before joining Wiseway Logistics, James worked at Travelex as a Financial Controller, managing the financial control and consolidation of regional management information for the ANZ business. James also had responsibilities for budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial statements.

Additionally, James has held finance manager roles at BGIS, Cushman & Wakefield, and CPB Contractors, where they were involved in business partnering, delivering management reports, budgeting, and process improvement. James started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Zorba Financial Services and later worked at Maia Financial.

Throughout their career, James has demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, stakeholder management, and team leadership. James is experienced in using various financial systems and software, including JDE, Oracle, and Excel.

James Zhu completed their Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree at Western Sydney University from 2005 to 2007. James then pursued further education at CPA Australia, earning their CPA qualification in 2013 with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
