Negin Chegeni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Negin started their career as a Research Officer at Saturn Chemistry Company in 2007. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Process Engineer at PARS OIL COMPANY, where they were responsible for monitoring product yields and improving plant efficiency.
In 2010, Negin worked at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as a Laboratory Technician and Teaching Assistant. In these roles, they supervised undergraduate students, marked lab reports, and taught various subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Most recently, in 2020, Negin joined Charter Hall as a WA Industrial Portfolio Property Manager, where they manage the company's industrial portfolio in Western Australia.
Throughout their career, Negin has acquired skills in research, project management, property management, maintenance coordination, teaching, and process engineering.
Negin Chegeni holds a Doctor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2010 to 2012. Negin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, where they completed their studies from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate IV in Occupational Safety and Health from Polytechnic West, although the start and end years for this qualification were not provided.
