Matt Boyle

Matt Boyle has extensive experience in pastoral care and consulting, currently serving as a Hospice Chaplain at Charter Healthcare since October 2022, a position previously held from December 2018 to February 2022. Prior to this role, Matt was an Executive Search Consultant, Talent Strategist, and Team Architect at Palladian West, LLC from February 2022 to August 2022. Matt also has a strong background in church leadership, having served as a Teaching Pastor at Crossroads Church and Senior Pastor at Ecclesia Clear Lake Church. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Hope College.
