Michael Harris

Michael Harris is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Neighborhood Sales Manager at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods since March 2021, Michael has received multiple accolades including Neighborhood Sales Manager of the Quarter for four separate quarters and Neighborhood Sales Manager of the Year for both 2022 and 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Sales Consultant at Dan Ryan Builders, a Loan Officer at Nvr Mortgage Finance, and a Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes, where notable achievements included being the 2013 Rookie of the Year Runner-up and generating $8.2 million in new home sales in 2014.
