Christopher Sutton

Chris Sutton is a seasoned professional in the field of valuation and consultancy, currently serving as the National Director of Development Valuations at Charter Keck Cramer since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held notable positions as Divisional Director of Residential Development Valuations at both Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank, where responsibilities included managing residential development and land subdivision projects in New South Wales. Chris began a career in fund management with roles at Multiplex, overseeing the strategic positioning and financial performance of property funds, and served as Commercial Valuation Manager at Colliers International, specializing in various valuation consultancy services. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Diploma in Business from Massey University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
