Peter Hutchins

Peter Hutchins is the Managing Director and CEO of Charter Keck Cramer since April 2009. Peter has implemented a 4-pillar strategy focusing on business improvement, including a new corporate identity in 2010, a whole business training platform in 2011, a new technology platform in 2012, and a new office environment in 2013. Peter is passionate about Charter being the most respected independent property advisory business in Australia and is expanding into Asia. Prior to their current role, Peter was a Director and Shareholder - Advisory at Charter Keck Cramer from 2000 to 2009 and a Property Valuer at HTW from 1995 to 1999. Peter has a Bachelor's degree in Business in Property from RMIT University.
