Barron Penner

Barron Penner has extensive work experience in the field of data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics. Barron is currently serving as the Director Business Intelligence & Analytics at Charter Manufacturing. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director Data & Analytics at Fortune Brands Outdoors & Security and as the Director Data & Analytics at The Master Lock Company. Barron also held the position of Information Strategy & Business Enablement Leader at American Family Insurance and Director, Business Intelligence/Data Governance at Aviva USA. Before that, they worked at Principal Financial Group as the Assistant Director-Business Intelligence and at Genesis 10 as a Senior Project Manager Consultant. Barron began their career at Electronic Data Systems as an Account Manager and later became a Systems Engineer Manager. Throughout their career, Barron Penner has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing budget and resources, and driving strategic initiatives in the field of data analytics.

Barron Penner attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University from 1983 to 1988. During this time, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
