Joo Romanelli

Joo Romanelli is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader for Charter Dura-Bar and Charter Aarrowcast at Charter Manufacturing since January 2021, Joo develops and drives comprehensive people strategies to align with long-term business objectives. Prior to this role, Joo was the Vice President of Human Resources at R1 RCM and iHeartMedia, delivering strategic talent solutions and enhancing core HR processes. Joo's earlier experience includes a Senior Director position at PepsiCo, where HR strategies supported a global start-up division, and a Regional Human Resources Manager role at CA Technologies, focusing on the Midwest region and Canada. Joo holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
