Kourtney Rathke

Kourtney Rathke has diverse experience in administrative and talent operations roles, currently serving as a Talent Operations Coordinator and previously as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Front Office Assistant at Charter Manufacturing since October 2021. Prior to this, Kourtney worked as a Front Office Assistant and Secretary at Ironworkers Local 8 and BRIDGE STRUCTURAL AND ORNAMENTAL IRON WORKERS LOCAL-8 from August 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included clerical tasks, bookkeeping, and general office management. Kourtney is pursuing an Associate's degree in Accounting at Waukesha County Technical College, expected to graduate in 2024.
