Marco Gonzalez

Marco Gonzalez, MSEE, CEM, currently serves as the Director of Energy at Charter Manufacturing, a role focused on setting strategic energy direction and managing energy resources. Prior to this position, Marco was the Corporate Energy Manager at Waupaca Foundry, the largest iron foundry globally, where energy management played a crucial role. Earlier experience includes serving as an Energy Engineer at Tennessee Technological University, conducting energy assessments on various systems, and as Energy Assessment Chief at CORPOELEC, supervising numerous energy evaluations with significant savings. Marco has also held academic positions as an Assistant Professor at La Universidad del Zulia and as a Project Engineer at TIVENCA. Education includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from La Universidad del Zulia, supplemented by a Master's in Operations Business Management.
