Pawel Pepera

Pawel Pepera is an accomplished chemical and materials engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and chemical technology. Currently serving as a Senior Process Chemical Engineer at Charter Manufacturing since May 2013, Pawel has previously held roles at Ashland Water Technologies as a Process Engineer II and at Vishay as a Process Engineer. In addition to practical engineering experience, Pawel contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, earning Chancellor awards for teaching from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Engineering with a focus on Ceramics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Master's degree in Chemical Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Ceramics from AGH University of Krakow.
