Shane Bonner

Shane Bonner has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Most recently, they served as the President of Charter Aarrowcast Inc. and Charter Dura-Bar Inc., where they led the iron foundry and innovative cast iron solutions division. Prior to that, they were the President of Charter Wire LLC and Charter Automotive LLC, overseeing global operations and precision shaped steel wire profiles.

Shane also worked as the Director of Global Operations at Charter Automotive LLC and as the President of Fisher Barton Blades Inc. Earlier in their career, they held several positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, including Area Manager, Materials Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager, Development Engineer, Work Group Advisor Lead, Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing Engineer, Facilities Project Engineer, and Work Group Advisor. These roles involved managing manufacturing operations, supply chain functions, continuous improvement initiatives, and engineering support.

Throughout their career, Shane has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operations leadership, supply chain management, continuous improvement, and project management.

Shane Bonner completed their Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University from 2000 to 2002.
