Tom Marry

Tom Marry has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tom is currently serving as the President and COO of Charter Manufacturing since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the President of Charter Steel from July 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Charter Manufacturing, they worked as the President of TFM & Associates from January 2019 to July 2022. From 1998 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Modine Manufacturing Company, including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Vice President, Managing Director, General Manager, Director, and Marketing Manager. Tom also has experience working at Milwaukee Electric Tool and Robert Bosch GmbH before joining Modine Manufacturing. Tom Marry started their career as a Senior Sales Engineer at Cadillac Motor Car Div-GM in 1984.

Tom Marry has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
