Brandon Hall

Brandon Hall has extensive work experience in operations and engineering roles. Brandon is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations & Engineering at Charter Next Generation, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at the same company from January 2018 to April 2020, and as the Director of Operations from April 2016 to January 2018.

Before joining Charter Next Generation, Hall worked at Gorman-Rupp Pumps (The Gorman-Rupp Company, Mansfield Division) as a Plant Manager from September 2006 to April 2016. Brandon also had a role as the Plant Operations Manager at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. from January 2003 to August 2006.

Hall's earlier experience includes working as a Quality Manager at Cole Tooling & Stamping from August 2000 to December 2002, and as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Production Supervisor at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. from January 1997 to July 2000.

Brandon Hall attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Operational Excellence. Prior to that, they studied at Tiffin University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In terms of certifications, Brandon obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from The Ohio State University in 2017. Brandon also completed Executive Leadership Education, although the institution and date of completion are unspecified.
