Kaci Griggs

Kaci Griggs, CSP, possesses a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Charter Next Generation since January 2022, after progressing through roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist at The Step2 Company from April 2019 to December 2021, and roles in recruitment and sales at Staffing Partners, OH, from May 2017 to April 2019. Kaci Griggs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate’s degree in Marketing from North Central State College, along with a high school diploma from Lexington High School.
