Meghan Horan

Meghan Horan has a diverse work experience in roles ranging from Assistant Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Charter Oak Federal Credit Union to Director of Administrative Services at The Arc New London County and Senior Marketing Officer and Assistant Secretary at Chelsea Groton Bank. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, event planning, marketing coordination, and brand management. Meghan has a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, improve member experience through process enhancements and integrated technology, and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Meghan also excels in building relationships with media vendors and collaborating with sales departments to support business growth.

Meghan Horan's education history begins with their enrollment at Eastern CT State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2004, they attended the CT School of Broadcasting and received a Certification in Media Studies. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, Meghan participated in the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. In 2010, they pursued further education at the CT School of Finance and Management, earning a Certification in Banking and Management in 2012. Most recently, they completed the Connecticut Credit Union Executive Education Program in 2021, focusing on Business Administration and Management with a general field of study.
