Amy Boissonnault has extensive experience in the financial and administrative sectors, currently serving as the New Business Coordinator at Charter Oak Financial since September 1998. Prior to this role, Amy worked as an Administrative Assistant at Berriman & Associates from June 1996 to August 1998, where responsibilities included answering phone calls and processing auto insurance quotes and applications. Educational background includes studies at the Porter and Chester Institute from 1994 to 1995 and a diploma from Chicopee Comprehensive High School, obtained between 1990 and 1994.

The whole story began in 1886, when we occupied a single-room office in downtown Springfield and were known as “The Hartford-Springfield Agency.” Today, under the guidance of a multi-generational leadership team, we span five offices throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York, with nearly 200 agents serving the individuals, families, businesses and large institutions we’re privileged to call clients.
