Jack Yvon CLU® MBA is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in leadership and management. Currently serving as Sr. Managing Director at Charter Oak Financial since August 2019, Jack focuses on developing existing Financial Advisors and attracting new talent while enhancing the firm's regional presence. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at MassMutual from April 2007 to July 2019, including Head of Field Management for the Mid-Atlantic Region, overseeing the recruitment, training, and compliance of over 1,700 Financial Advisors. Jack's earlier career included positions at Charter Oak Financial, Northwestern Mutual, and Deloitte, where foundational skills in financial advising and auditing were developed. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and an MBA from Western New England University, along with the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College of Financial Services.
